Brenda and her beautiful family met Adi by the Pier for some gorgeous photos.
Kate and Adam are fun, adorable and kind. It was a dream working with them throughout the last year on their wedding photography planning. We had such a fun engagement session several months ago and then created the most exquisite guest book for them (if I do say so myself) which their guests went crazy for!! Then, working along side their wedding planner, one of my very favorites in the world, Kathy Recchia from Save the Date Events, just made everything utterly perfect. Kathy and her team planned magnificently and we work so well together. (love you, Kath!)
To top it off, their wedding was at one of my favorite locations in Southern California, the Skirball Cultural Center. I have been shooting at the Skirball for many years and every time I work there, I find a new nook and cranny in which to take amazing photographs of my couples!

Jaymi and Kerri had a beautiful wedding in the Pacific Palisades last summer so it was no surprise to me that the Knot and Gay.com wanted to show the world their gorgeous photos. They got married the same day as Ellen and Portia (you know, THOSE lesbians) and I personally think that my girls had the better photos. (not that I’m biased)
I absolutely adore this couple and their families and congratulate them on this super cool feature!!
Jocelyn and I met about 9 years ago while Adi was still working in the design world and we created one of her O.G. business cards. I love that we keep in touch with so many of our clients from years past. She owns an amazing company called Ghostwriters Anonymous and she will write or edit pretty much anything for you from a book to an informational article to your website copy, and nobody ever knows she wrote it! Tell her Cat referred you for extra special love. Subscribe to her amazing monthly newsletter that has a tip of the month for those of us who are sytaxually challenged.
PS I made up the word sytaxually just to mess with her.
PPS Can’t wait to shoot her newborn baby girl any day now!
Dorit and Darren are the kindest, sweetest, most adorable couple you have ever met! It’s no wonder that their wedding was so unbelievably perfect. I get sad when clients get married, we do their album and then we have to wait until they pop out a few kids to see them next. But, we are so excited that we are going to see Dorit on a weekly basis when Clara starts “school” this fall where Dorit is also a teacher. (school = mommy and me for and hour and a half each week)!
Dorit had an all-star lineup of vendors at her wedding starting with the always lovely Melissa at the incredible The Ebell of Los Angeles. Make sure to check out Melissa’s blog which we love! Hopefully, she’ll put up a few pictures from this wedding.
Wedding Coordinator, Tobey Dodge, has a way about her that just makes everything seem calm and relaxed. I LOVED working with her and her expert team. She has umpteen years of experience planning weddings and it certainly shows. xoxo
