Valerie and Adam were so amazing on their wedding day. It was planned so beautifully with the help of wedding planner rock star, Laurel Szeto, of Laurel and Party. I loved working with Laurel and her amazing team. There was a full all-star lineup of vendors, including my favorite caterer in town as well as one of my favorite lighting companies (I shot the designer, Ryan’s, wedding!)   Also crazy is that I knew so many of the guests. My next door neighbors growing up, two of my parents best friends, several former Next Exit wedding clients, the Rabbi and Cantor who married Adi and I…the list goes on and on. It was such a beautiful wedding, one of the most beautiful I have ever shot. Congrats you two. I hope that I got enough baby Zebra shots for you!

  • Jen Atterman - ABSOLUTELY stunning pictures from what I heard (and have seen) was a spectacular and loving celebration! Mazel tov and all the best!

    This photographer is truly talented!

Stefanie and Palm are so cute! They had a beautiful wedding at the Luxe in Bel Air (so close to our hood, we love that!). Their wedding was much less controversial than their engagement session. Well, at least there weren’t any crazy people yelling at them to get off their lawn.  But, the photo opps were abound and Adi loved every minute of the day (especially the box of cupcakes that Stefanie gave to Palm before the day even began…Red Velvet deliciousness). The details at their wedding were spectacular, especially the gorgeous branches that adorned the ceremony and reception.
Congrats you guys!

  • wendy - these are beautiful pics. my favorite one is the b/w of the bride looking in the handheld mirror.

  • Mariko - Beautiful!!

    I wish I were there…
My mom was impressed too!!(We saw it together)

Kari and Robert live in Washington D.C. so we were so pleased to have been interviewed (and hired!) by the bride’s mom! Love that. We met the couple for the first time over Christmas for their engagement sessions and then again at the beautiful wedding. The ceremony was at one of my favorite churches in the city, St. Monica Catholic Church in Santa Monica and the reception was at one of our faves as well, the Marina del Rey Marriott. Their fab team of wedding vendors included a few of our regulars!

Brenna and Brad got married at Occasions at the Cliffs in Laguna Village. We had never shot there before but had heard about this beautiful seaside location for many years. The couple lives in San Francisco but we were so thrilled that they decided have their big day in SoCal! It was so kind of them to send us a note from their honeymoon in Paris!! (forgive me, slightly paraphrased)
“Hi Cat & Adi! We are still on our honeymoon, but finally got an adapter so we can use our laptop 😉
We wanted to thank you guys for all of the great work!! We cannot wait to see how all of the pictures turned out! –We could not have been happier and would not hesitate for a moment to refer the Next Exit team!”

  • Christa - Wow! These shots are amazing! That window shot… breathe taking. My fav shot ever!

  • sandra p - Sassy! I love it!

Anna and Michael had a beautiful wedding at the Olympic Collection in West Los Angeles. I guess that Adi and I can’t complain on the driving distance, as we could have walked there! (Did we? No. But, you get what I mean.) They live in New York City, but had to have a little Next Exit magic on their wedding day on the wesssside. The whole event was so heartfelt. Watching Anna with her father, who is suffering from Lou Gehrig’s Disease, was so emotional for everybody in attendance. There was no sadness, only celebration.
You have never seen dancing until you have been to an Orthodox Jewish wedding. They out dance pretty much any culture/religious group out there. We could have filled buckets with all the shvitz. 😉
These two are so in love. We had such an amazing time working with them and their families.
Kudos to Val Eule who always kicks it up with the most stunning floral arrangements in town!

  • Jordana Hazel - That first look photo is one of the most fantastic first look photos I’ve ever seen. The pure joy and happiness is beyond evident… I can feel it!

Adi photographed Glenn and Paul’s engagement session in Pasadena. They started out at their gorgeous craftsman home on one of those tree lined streets you wished you lived on.  These two guys are totally adorable and just about the nicest two you’ll ever meet. They both work in the film biz (in Los Angeles? no! never!) and have amazing charm and humor. I love my late night emails with Glenn and hope that they will continue even after the big day.
Their amazing wedding is next month at “the” Disney Hall in Downtown Los Angeles. Can’t wait!

  • Shephard - Very nice!! Great photographer!
My favorites are 2 and 3!

    ~Shephard 🙂

  • Glenn - I don’t know if it’s cool to comment on your own pics, but we’ve got to say, Adi & Cat are simply amazing, not to mention the most delightful, fun people to be around. We could not be happier with their work, and can’t wait to see the wedding photos they took. Glancing at some of them just on their cameras’ displays, we know they’re going to be unbelievable. Thank you! (Thanks also all of you for the kind comments above!)
