I met Cynthia Vuong at a recent Next Exit wedding and we got to talking. Adi and I are always interested in community fundraising efforts so we invited the entire Asian Pacific Coalition at UCLA to help them fundraise here at the Next Exit Studio! We started with a few board members to go “Tyra” in our space and we’re hoping to get all 200 graduates in here next week! A portion of all of the funds will be donated to their club.
If you belong to a club or charity that needs to raise money (whether it be a senior class in high school going on a trip, a swim team, a drama club or a school orchestra, you name it!) Let Next Exit help you raise the cash by getting your photos snapped!! Your families will all want to buy (trust me) and it’s as easy as that. There is no fee or any financial commitment. Just a commitment to have fun!!

Just contact us at the Next Exit Studio for more information.

  • Cynthia - These pictures are sooooo cute! It’s a great fundraising idea!!

Some of you know that Adi and I shot Kim and Jimmy’s magical wedding last year in Palm Desert and Joshua Tree.
Well, the tradition continues with their recent maternity session in the new Next Exit Studio!
These guys have the most amazing sense of humor and the four of us get along so well because of it.

  • Kim Fox - OH MY GOD! These are SOOOOO awesome!. Cat, we can’t thank you enough. These are totally gorgeous and you are so talented. We feel so blessed to have had you photograph the beginning’s of little Tess’s life (I think we are going with Tess – long story). Yay! You made my funny looking body look beautiful! 😉

  • Jen - Beautiful!!!

  • Stephanie Williams - I love the last image-great perspective

I love this Family! Jill was referred to Next Exit by a guest (Leslie) who attended Lauren and Eddie’s wedding at Firestone Vineyard last year. Well, we kinda love Leslie’s family, too! These two Orange County moms each have three kids and we just spent the afternoon shooting their family portraits down south. But, before we had the pleasure of shooting all the kids (stay tuned for a kick-ass blog entry), we were honored to shoot Jill’s husband Mitch’s 50th Surprise Birthday Party in Newport Beach on an Electra Cruises yacht! And, it really was a true surprise to this handsome fellow. All I can say is that Adi and I were in awe of this amazing couple and the three beautiful girls that they raised together. We hope to say that we are even half as successful as these folks are at age 50.

I was totally honored to be a part of Karen and Ken’s elegant wedding. The day started off with a beautiful ceremony at St. Denis in Diamond Bar and then we were off to the golf course at Pacific Palms Resort for a 10-course Chinese Banquet! Yummmmm”¦. K&K and their families were so kind and fun to work with. The bridal party worked their thang and had a blast doing the group photos after the ceremony. Once again, I must reiterate…Next Exit gets the best couples in the entire world!! We just love them to bits.
P.S. Karen, I’m sorry that I ate so many empanadas before the ceremony! 😉

  • Ken & Karen - Three words…Next Exit Rocks! You guys are awesome! The pictures are absolutely beautiful! Thanks again and we can’t wait to see the rest!
    xoxoxox – Ken & Karen
P.S. Don’t worry about the empanadas. If we knew that’s all it took to inspire you to take such beautiful shots, we would’ve bought more!

Jennifer and Kris are our 7/7/7 couple to be. I have to tell you that Next Exit received no less than 30 inquiries for this date. And, we couldn’t be more pleased that we are spending it with this adorable couple in Temecula, California. When Jennifer originally interviewed us with her mom at our studio, she shared with us that she was deciding between two photographers. Us and one of our most favorite wedding photographers in Dallas. We were blown away when she sent us her signed contract.
See you guys soon!!

  • Jen - WOW!!!!!! Kris and I absolutely love these pics, every time we look at them we love them even more. Thanks and we’ll see you on 7/7/7. 🙂

Brian and Bree surprised us with unlimited VIP access to a very special engagement session location. The Geffen Playhouse in Westwood! Bree knows a lot of peeps, as she is the art director for a very prestigious magazine group in Southern California called Where. It covers entertainment, dining, shopping, etc. in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. So, of course, we were totally honored that she and Brian chose us to be their wedding photographers out of the gazillions of shooters in the area. Their wedding is at the picturesque Maravilla Gardens in Camarillo later this summer.
