Ashley and Matt could not be a more sweeter and adorable couple. They were referred to us by Next Exit alums, Nanette and Brent (one of our favorite couples of all time). A&M have gone through wedding planning chaos, as their “so-called” wedding planner ran off with all their money and they lost their location because of it. I told them about the Adamson House in Malibu (which was kind of similar to their previous location) and they were lucky enough to score a June wedding date!! We are going to get some sweet images of the two of them under the SoCal setting sun”¦

  • Ashley - I absolutely LOVE our pictures! You guys are truly amazing, I can’t wait for our wedding day. Hopefully we won’t have any more “hairy pizza” right Cat?

  • Kerih Menter - Love the pics. My favs are the one way sign, black and white of Ashley laughing and the up close one of their faces.

  • Nanette - These are beautiful! Great job! 🙂

  • Auntie Giann - I love you two, great pictures and i cant wait till the wedding day!

  • debbie ansari - You two look so cute!! We also had a wedding planner from hell….but thanks to Cat (who we love) made our day so special…just remember it’s about the two of you…you will have amazing photos to last a lifetime…you are in great hands

The moment that we arrived at the hotel and laid our eyes on Kelly, Adi and I knew that we were in for a magic photo day. Isn’t she the most gorgeous bride? Three from our dream team, Sheri from On Location Beauty, Kerim from My Wedding Blooms and Isabel Gonzalez Videography helped to make the magic happen! Los Verdes Country Club in Palos Verdes was the perfect backdrop for this gorgeous spring afternoon.

This was our sixth big event of 2007 and we have just over 40 on the books. We still have a bunch of dates open, so feel free to inquire with us for a Los Angeles Wedding Photographer, an Orange County Wedding Photographer, a Santa Barbara Wedding Photographer or a Destination Wedding Photographer around the globe!! (come on Google, that plug should bump my ranking at least a couple of spots, no?)

  • Emi - Hey guys!
Love the shots of the couple on the hillside, and the bride twirling!
    Great work.

    Hope you guys are well.
    See you next week!

  • Kelly - Cat and Adi,

I cannot get over how happy I am with our pictures. You two truly are amazing. And I can’t stop laughing at the one with Ray and the rake. Too funny! I can’t wait to see the rest! See you soon!

  • Ray (The Groom) - Cat & Adi… I can’t say I am amazed at how wonderful these pictures turned out because I knew we were in for a wonderful treat! I knew from when we first met that we made the right choice with you two as our photographers. I couldn’t be more pleased! Our bill is going to be outrageous because I love all of the pictures!

It’s that time of year again when everybody wants e-pics! The weather has been so perfect these last few weeks. It all about that sunny SoCal sun.
I loved working with Karen and Ken. They are so cute together and made each other smile all afternoon. We even survived a Santa Monica super swarm of Japanese businessmen with cameras.
I am really looking forward to shooting their wedding next month at the Pacific Palms Resort!

I was so excited to shoot a new headshot for an extremely talented actress and Saturday Night Live alum, Melanie Hutsell.
It was such a pleasure getting to know her, as I have been a long time fan! I’m sure all of our blog readers remember her killer impression of Jan Brady”¦ Well, now she’s a smokin’ hot mom!

My new actor’s headshot website should be launching soon, so STAY TUNED!

Rachel and Eric’s wedding is one that I will not soon forget. We started out the day in Southern California Wedding Photographer bliss. Blue skies with puffy clouds, a killer location (the Skirball Center in Bel Air) and a super adorable couple. Rachel shared with me that her wedding hair dresser had shaved Britney Spear’s head two days before. Holy cow! My buddy, Mark Herrier, at Fleurs du Jour, did all of the florals and even built a custom chuppah.
Most of our blog readers know that I will pretty much do “anything” to get a good shot. And, we have noticed, that our clients feel the same way! This wedding was no exception, as we all hiked down a rocky river bed, filled with scratchy twigs and lots of dirt. Rachel had a huge smile on her face the entire time! As the reception neared conclusion, it started to pour rain. In a shy and quiet voice, I asked the B&G”¦”any chance that you guys are up for playing in the rain?” Within moments, we all flew outside and they danced, and danced and danced, while I clicked away, knowing it would be a memory for a lifetime.

  • Rachel and Eric - Oh, how we have longed for this moment! After reloading your site 800 times a day, here we are, and the pictures are so perfect! Cat, you’re some kind of genius. The one of Eric stuffing his face is classic. 🙂

  • Stephanie Christopher - These pictures are wonderful! As Eric and Rachel’s aunt, I really enjoyed them. Can’t wait to see the rest.

    Thank you.

  • Heather & Mike - Cat, shy and quiet? I don’t believe it!

    These pictures are gorgeous!

  • Tracy, Craig and Lily - Love the pictures! Looking forward to the rest. Rachel, you looked so beautiful.

It was an absolute pleasure to shoot Laura and Jon’s wedding extravaganza at the Twin Palms Restaurant in Pasadena. Laura is an art student and Jon is a bass player in the band Last American Buffalo“¦ Being the creative types that they are, every detail was designed to the “t’s.” From the hand made table cards to the milk and cookie to-go boxes, the whole wedding was picture perfect! Laura wore the most exquisite Amy Michelson dress from Renee Strauss. The flowers were designed by the talented Tommy Farmer and like nothing I had ever seen. It was a floral paradise.
